BREATHWORK: 🏳️Surrender🏳️
"The wound is the place where the Light enters you."

The Raw Truth of Surrender
There is a moment—quiet, terrifying, and holy—when everything we’ve used to hold ourselves together begins to fall apart. The masks slip. The stories no longer make sense. The coping no longer works. We are left standing in the wreckage of what once felt solid, and suddenly, we are face to face with the truth:
We are not in control.
We never were.
Surrender is not beautiful at first. It comes with shaking hands and a racing heart. It arrives with the weight of everything we’ve been running from—our grief, our guilt, our exhaustion, our fear. It is not a clean letting go. It is messy. Emotional. Raw.
But there is a strange kind of grace in this hollowing.
This is the space where something old dies.
Not to punish us, but to clear the way.
To make room for what has always wanted to be born through us—but couldn’t find space beneath all the noise.
Surrender is not about accepting defeat.
It’s about laying down the burden of control.
It’s not the end of effort—it’s the end of resistance.
It’s where we stop trying to force life to fit a plan and start letting life move through us, as it is.
This Breathwork session is not an escape.
It’s an invitation to turn inward, to face the discomfort we’ve been avoiding. We breathe to meet what’s here to feel what is unspoken, to soften what’s been armored, to release what’s been buried.
The breath becomes a lifeline—a steady rhythm in the dark, guiding us through the inner terrain we’d rather not walk. It gives voice to the pain, the pressure, the parts of us that have been silenced in order to survive.
As we breathe, we create space—for grief, for rage, for fear, for the truths that have been too heavy to carry alone. We learn that surrender doesn’t take us away from life it brings us deeper into it.
In the hollowing, we discover the light was never out there.
It was waiting beneath the wreckage.
Waiting in the stillness.
Waiting in you.
Join us for a night of Breathwork in the dark before the dawn.
Come as you are. No fixing. No pretending.
Just Breath.
Just Truth.
Just the next step forward to who you really are.
